The 2019 Conclave will be here before we know it, please sign up to attend.

It has been 8 years since a Conclave has been at our camps. Let's welcome our 1200+ guests to our home in April.

We will need all of our members to help with preparation, execution, and clean up for this event. We will also need Delegates at the event to represent the Lodge in the Quest, AIA, Ceremonies, Training, and much more.

We have set up three work days on April 6th, 13th, and 20th to get things in order. We will have a separate sign up on double-knot in November for these work days.  We will be offering a special flap for those who help us at these work days. More to come next month.

Conclave is April 26-28th so put this date and the three work days on your calendar.

 

 Key Registration Dates:

February 28, 2019: Memorabilia pre-order deadline.
March 28, 2019: Last day to register without late fee; after this date, fee goes up by $15!
April 15, 2019: Last day for online registration. After this date, walk-on fee ($85) applies.
