To bring together Arrowmen by engaging them in memorable service and fellowship in Nawakwa Lodge.

Goals

1. By July 2021, all LEC committee chairman roles will be filled by capable youth. Each chairman should have a vice chairman appointed by their appropriate Vice Chief.
2. Achieve 10% growth for event participation vs 2019 results in all four major lodge events. Achieve 80% allowable participation while restricted by executive orders (COVID).
3. Visit 100% of units with the purpose of growing membership through activation of new and existing members.
4. All lodge officers should attend at least one chapter meeting per month, excluding their own. Their focus should be on activation and engagement at the lodge level.
