With 1,239 participants, the 2015 SR-7A Conclave at Bayport Scout Reservation is in the record books as being the biggest Conclave our section has ever held! Our Conclave celebrated the centennial anniversary of the Order of the Arrow and provided brothers with leadership training, fun activities, and fellowship. Most importantly, it welded tightly the links that bind our section in Brotherhood.

For the third year, brothers of SR-7A performed cheerful service to the community by conducting two service projects. We set a goal of assembling 10,000 meal kits in partnership with Stop Hunger Now, but by the time the project ended, Arrowmen had assembled 18,792 kits! As a second project,Conclave participants celebrated the OA's 100th birthday with a goal of donating 100 pints of blood to Virginia Blood Services. Due to a vehicle break-down, however, only one of the two scheduled bloodmobiles made it to Conclave. That being said, participants donated 50 life-saving pints of blood!

The generous spirit of SR-7A Arrowmen continued into Saturday night, when $3,413.00 was raised at the ConclavePatch Auction to help fund the service projects.
