  2. Achieve 40% Brotherhood Conversion.
  3. Obtain aligned goals from each Lodge Committee and Chapter by Fall Fellowship.
  4. Increase attendance by 5% at all functions [Service Weekends and Fall Fellowship].
  5. Have 15% of new members earn 1st Year Arrowman Award.
  6. Send a total of 150 Arrowmen to National and/or Section events.
