Brothers,
I hope all of you are all enjoying your summers and enjoying your down time.  I want to congratulate all of the new Arrowmen that have recently completed their Induction into the Ordeal of the Arrow.  Welcome to the Brotherhood, we look forward to serving with you.  Secondly, I want to thank all my Brothers for electing me to be your Centennial Chief, it is truly an honor and I look forward to continuing growing the Lodge.  I am looking forward to serving all of you.  In the upcoming year I see us having fun and fellowship as a lodge with different activities during Conclave and Fall Fellowship.

I wanted to establish a few goals for this year as a lodge:

The first is, As a lodge  we should strive for Silver JTE for the end of 2018 and for us to achieve Gold in 2019. 

Second, during Conclave in 2019, which is at our own camp T. Brady Saunders, we should strive to have the biggest Conclave in Section SR-7A history.  With us bringing all of our members to work on getting camp ready and have fun all around.

Third, I believe that, with all of your help, we can as a lodge go out and visit 85percent of the units in our council in the upcoming year of 2019.  We can focus on filling all the committees on the Lodge Executive Committee.

Finally, our lodge can boost the Brotherhood conversion rate by 70 percent by 2019. We will boost our Brotherhood conversion rates by going out and doing phone call trees by chapters.

We are now gearing up for Fall Service weekend. Its right around the corner as summer is coming to a close. I look forward seeing all of you there.  Remember, Fall Service weekend is our last chance this year to convert our Ordeal members to Brotherhood. So, I challenge all of you to go out and call all your fellow Arrowmen to come out to seal their membership in Brotherhood.  Let’s make this our best year ever.
