The main duty of the OA Unit Representative is to establish a strong communications link with each of the OA troop/team representatives within the Lodge. OA Unit Representatives play an important role throughout the induction process. One of its key roles is to serve as a communications link between his unit and the Lodge/Chapter. If the Representative has the information they need, they can ensure that his unit is well-informed about the various activities in the induction process.
